On Thursday, May 16th both the Senate and Assembly Appropriations Committees voted on hundreds of bills that were on the suspense files. All bills that have substantial cost to the state were placed on the suspense files to be considered at one time.
The Assembly Appropriations Committee passed 472 bills, 65% of the bill of the bills that were up for a vote today. The Senate Appropriations Committee also passed the majority of bills that were considered today.
